Oak Harbor Musical Youth Booster Scholarship
One or more $1,000 scholarship for choral music students
● 3.0 GPA minimum
● Participated in choral music for at least 2 years including 1 year auditioned ensemble or choir
● High School Transcript
● List of school activities, community service, honors, awards and work experience
● 500 word or less essay “What Music has taught me about Integrity”
● 3 letters of recommendation from people other than relatives. Each must include the reference’s name, address and phone number.
