● 2.5 GPA minimum requirement
● Acceptance at a 4 year college or university
● Strong participation in athletic and other activities
● Strong community service
● Demonstrated strong leadership skills
● High School Transcript
● List of school activities, community service, honors, awards and work experience
● 500 word or less essay “How WIll my Lifetime Goals help me Contribute to our Country”
● 3 letters of recommendation from people other than relatives. Each must include the reference’s name, address and phone number.
