We have a strong board of directors who has carried the vision of this organization since 1992 including several members who have been a board member since the very beginning. OHEF operated for 30 years with no staff members, run entirely by our volunteer board as a labor of love to the kids in our community. In May, 2022, the board hired its first Executive Director.
